Qualifications

• Strong passion for creating large-scale social impact
• 20+ years of overall experience
• More than 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, or go-to-market leadership roles
• At least 5 years of experience working closely with government stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strategic partnerships at senior levels
• Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on, outcome-oriented, and comfortable operating in dynamic environments
• Strong learning mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Willingness to travel extensively

• Balance short-term execution priorities with long-term partnership and ecosystem-building objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive alignment and maximize impact.
• Represent the organisation at relevant external forums, meetings, and ecosystem platforms.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Founder & CEO and will be responsible for shaping and executing the organisation's public partnerships strategy at a national scale.
