SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA is seeking a seasoned techno-functional Oracle HCM data migration expert for Bangalore. You will lead end-to-end migrations from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on Core HR, Absences, and OTL modules, while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience, strong HDL/HSDL skills, and proven project ownership in migration initiatives.

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle HCM data migration.
• End-to-end implementation experience on at least 2 projects.
• Techno-functional expert with HDL/HSDL experience.
• Strong articulation and presentation skills.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Absences, OTL.

Responsibilities

• In-depth Oracle HCM data migration experience, moving data from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Design, develop, and execute HDL/HSDL data migration scripts.
• Coordinate data extraction, transformation, and loading with functional teams.
• Troubleshoot data conversion and integration issues during mock conversions and cutovers.
• Create detailed technical documentation including data mappings and conversion specs.
• Interact with clients in requirements workshops and support BD activities.

Techno functional professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, well coordination with the clients, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment and technology to meet customer needs. Should act as the Techno functional consultant on Oracle Integration projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for complex projects.**Roles & Responsibilities:**1. In-depth working experience on Oracle HCM data migration process, especially moving data from legacy systems (like Oracle PeopleSoft) to Oracle Fusion HCM for Oracle HCM modules like Core HR, Absences, and OTL modules.2. Expected to have good articulation and presentation skills in both verbal and written3. **The candidate must have Techno Functional expertise on the below Oracle HCM technologies**o Design, develop, and execute complex data migration scripts using Oracle's HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL)o Develop, implement, and optimize data migration strategies, scripts, and procedures, ensuring best practices and compliance with company and industry standardso Coordinate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes, and troubleshoot issues to maintain data integrity and accuracy.o Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to define migration requirements and deliver solutions aligned with project goalso Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex data conversion and integration issues during mock conversions and system cutoverso Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage and resolve technical challengeso Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including data mapping specifications and conversion programso Troubleshooting & Support : Raising SR, Coordination with Oracle on issue resolution, Assist in the identification and resolution of complex issues/problems on migration4. **Good to have skills:**o Understanding Oracle HCM modules is added advantageo Experience on HCM Extracts and BI Reportso Agile Methodology of working, Jira Board5. Should have completed at least 2 projects on the above mentioned mandatory skills and should be an independent contributor6.
