Job summary

Advent Hr Solutions seeks a senior leader to define and drive performance engineering and testing strategy. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and testers to deliver scalable, reliable performance across applications and services.

The role requires deep expertise with JMeter, LoadRunner, and Performance Center, plus strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms. You will collaborate cross-functionally to set governance and best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of overall IT experience with significant experience in Performance Engineering.
• Deep expertise in listed tools and platforms.
• Strong understanding of Web Applications, APIs & Microservices, Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the organization's Performance Engineering and Performance Testing vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Establish performance engineering best practices, standards, frameworks, and governance models.
• Lead and mentor a team of Performance Engineers, Architects, and Testing Specialists.
