Job summary

Yogayatan Ports in Mumbai invites a senior leader to develop and drive strategy for port operations, infrastructure, and business growth.

The role prescribes responsibility for operational, technical and financial performance of port assets, and leadership of bulk, container, break-bulk, liquid, and specialised cargo handling.

You will oversee project feasibility, engineering, construction and handover, while managing large CAPEX programmes to deliver on time and budget.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in ports, maritime infrastructure, and related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Marine/Electrical/Civil engineering or equivalent.
• Strong technical understanding of port operations, bulk material handling systems, container terminal equipment, engineering, maintenance and infrastructure development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for port operations, infrastructure development and business expansion.
• Take overall responsibility for operational, technical and financial performance of port assets.
• Lead port operations covering bulk, container, break-bulk, liquid and specialised cargo.
• Oversee project conceptualisation, feasibility studies, engineering, construction, commissioning and operational handover.
• Manage large CAPEX programmes and ensure projects are completed within approved cost, quality and timelines.

Candidate Qualifications

Remuneration

Salary will be commensurate with experience and last drawn CTC.
