We are actively seeking a strategic Head of Treasury to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage critical day-to-day financial transactions and general ledger entries.
• Lead, mentor, and structurally scale a high-performing, globally distributed team.
• Lead and assist with critical month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate directly with executive leadership to drive core company milestones.
• Ensure strict organizational compliance with internal policies and accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High-level proficiency with industry-standard project management software (Asana, Jira, Monday).
• 8-10+ years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
• Extensive background in corporate finance, accounting principles, or compliance.
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
