Job summary

California Burrito is seeking an Accounts Executive (Accounts Receivables) in Bangalore to manage end-to-end AR operations, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and accurate recording of customer payments. You will coordinate with customers and internal teams to drive on-time payments and resolve discrepancies.

You will work closely with the Finance team, gain exposure to financial operations, and contribute to strengthening the financial backbone of a fast-growing QSR brand in India.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally, with the ability to manage financial data, reconciliations, and accounting records efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable operations, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and accurate recording of customer payments.
• Actively coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely payments and resolution of outstanding dues.
• Monitor accounts receivable ageing, follow up on overdue payments, and support efforts to improve collection efficiency.
• Invoice Management: Ensure accurate and timely generation of invoices, maintenance of billing records, and reconciliation of invoices with payments received.
• Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts, track outstanding balances, and investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer transactions, collections, credit notes, outstanding receivables, and payment status.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Operations, and Finance, to resolve billing issues and ensure smooth coordination.
• Manage customer relationships professionally, addressing payment-related queries and resolving disputes in a timely and effective manner.
• Prepare regular reports on collections, outstanding receivables, and ageing analysis to support financial tracking and decision-making.
