Moray Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) is looking for an experienced, collaborative and forward-thinking leader to join us as Head of Strategy, Performance and Commissioning. This is a pivotal senior leadership role, strengthening the Partnership’s capacity to plan, commission and transform services at pace, while ensuring robust performance insight supports improved outcomes for people, families and communities across Moray.
We are embarking on a refresh of our Strategic Plan to ensure that we make the most of the opportunities of the integration of health and social care and maximise the potential of our people and our communities. You’d be joining us at an important - and exciting - point in our development as a forward thinking, innovative organisation.
You will lead strategic planning, integrated performance reporting, value-based commissioning and programme delivery across a complex partnership environment. Working closely with colleagues across health, social care, community planning, third and independent sector partners, you will help reshape services, strengthen governance and support the delivery of sustainable models of care that respond to local need and reduce inequalities.
You will be a confident, values-led and highly collaborative leader with a strong track record of strategic planning, performance management, commissioning, service improvement and transformation in a complex public service environment. You will bring strong analytical, financial and partnership skills, with the ability to turn insight into action and bring people with you through change.
