Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Preferably 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of FSSAI requirements, GMP, HACCP, and food safety management systems.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Inspect raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished goods against approved specifications.
• Monitor factory hygiene, sanitation, pest control, and employee adherence to GMP.
• Conduct and coordinate quality testing, maintain samples, and document results.
• Maintain batch records, quality checklists, traceability records, and other food safety documentation.
• Identify quality deviations, investigate root causes, and follow up on CAPA.
• Verify labels, batch coding, net weight, sealing, and packaging quality.
• Support internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to resolve quality issues.
• Assist with customer complaint investigations, shelf-life studies, and product trials.
• Train production staff on hygiene, food safety, and quality procedures.

The candidate will help maintain product quality, food safety, and hygiene standards across raw material receipt, production, packaging, and finished goods dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished goods against approved specifications.
• Monitor factory hygiene, sanitation, pest control, and employee adherence to good manufacturing practices.
• Conduct and coordinate quality testing, maintain samples, and document results.
• Maintain batch records, quality checklists, traceability records, and other food safety documentation.
• Identify quality deviations, investigate root causes, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Verify labels, batch coding, net weight, sealing, and packaging quality.
