Job summary

Crewlia is seeking a Senior Engineering Leader to mentor and scale a globally distributed team, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring top-tier performance and security across software and cloud infrastructure.

You will own high-level departmental strategies, collaborate asynchronously, and thrive in a fully remote environment with flexible hours and a strong focus on data-driven decisions. A performance-based bonus and learning stipend are included.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
