Job summary

OnTheGoSystems is seeking a hands-on marketer who uses AI agents, automation, and structured workflows to deliver real marketing results. This remote role lets you own projects across content, SEO, email, product marketing, acquisition, and conversion, shaping how we reach hundreds of thousands of users worldwide.

You’ll work directly with product, engineering, and support teams to understand our products and customers, measure outcomes, and push for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• You already use AI agents, automation, or advanced AI workflows in your everyday work, own the quality of what they produce, and can show us the results.
• You adapt quickly when priorities change and can work effectively even when not everything is clearly defined from the beginning.
• You combine strategic thinking with strong hands-on execution and turn ideas into action.
• You understand how marketing connects to business results and can share specific examples of your impact.
• You enjoy working across different areas of marketing and learning new things as needed.
• You have experience marketing technical products; software, SaaS, WordPress, or similar industries are especially relevant.
• You work independently, make decisions, and move things forward without needing detailed instructions.
