Job summary

Praxis Tech in India is seeking a Head of Legal to build and lead the entire legal function, overseeing corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. You will manage commercial agreements, vendor contracts, investor documentation, and provide strategic legal guidance to founders and leadership as the startup scales.

The role requires 8–10 years in corporate/commercial/regulatory law, with startup/FMCG exposure and strong collaboration with leadership teams.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in legal roles (corporate/commercial/regulatory).
• Graduate from a top-tier law school.
• Strong experience in contracts, compliance, and corporate law.
• Startup, FMCG, or high-growth exposure.
• Ability to work closely with founders and leadership teams.
