Job summary

Netcore, a global B2B SaaS and MarTech leader, seeks a visionary Head of IT Infrastructure to drive strategic IT planning, architecture, and security across the organization. You will lead a high-performance team, oversee cloud platforms, and align IT initiatives with business goals to enable scalable digital experiences.

Responsibilities include steering infrastructure design, governance, and vendor partnerships while promoting innovation and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 14 years of experience in IT leadership roles.
• Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, systems architecture, cybersecurity, and project management.
• Strong technical expertise in AWS, GCP and other cloud platforms.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of IT governance frameworks, compliance standards, and best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to develop and execute IT strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP, ITIL) are a plus.

The Head – IT Infrastructure plays a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, implementation, and management of the organization's IT systems and infrastructure. This leadership position involves developing and executing IT strategies, ensuring the security and reliability of IT operations, and driving innovation to support business objectives. The Head – IT Infrastructure collaborates with other departments to align IT initiatives with overall organizational goals and promote technological efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for technological innovation and improvement to enhance business operations.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage the IT team, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure the successful execution of IT projects and initiatives. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the IT department.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage systems, and telecommunications. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of IT systems to meet current and future business needs.
• Security and Compliance: Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect the organization's data, systems, and networks from cyber threats and vulnerabilities. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices governing IT security and data privacy.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and consultants to ensure the timely delivery of IT services and solutions. Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and evaluate vendor capabilities to optimize IT investments and resources.
• Project Management: Oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables, and communicate project status and updates effectively.
• IT Support and Helpdesk: Provide leadership and direction for IT support and helpdesk services, ensuring timely resolution of user issues and requests. Establish service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics to measure and improve IT support effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Technology Evaluation and Adoption: Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage. Make recommendations for technology adoption, investment, and implementation based on business needs and strategic objectives.
• Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage the IT department budget, allocating resources effectively to support IT initiatives and projects. Monitor expenses, track spending, and report on budget variances to ensure fiscal responsibility and accountability.
• Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for IT staff to enhance their technical skills, knowledge, and expertise. Foster a culture of learning and professional growth to attract and retain top IT talent.

Requirements
