Job summary

Egis seeks a senior geotechnical leader to guide engineering teams across transportation, infrastructure, buildings and tunnelling programs. You will provide technical oversight, ensure sound design, and drive project delivery while cultivating client relationships.

The role requires experience with major infrastructure projects, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and proficiency in standard geotechnical software.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience on large infrastructure/transport projects is preferred.
• Proficiency with geotechnical software is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage geotechnical engineering teams across transportation, infrastructure, buildings, and tunnelling projects.
• Provide technical oversight for geotechnical investigations, foundation design, slope stability, retaining structures, ground improvement, and earthworks.
• Develop business strategy, client relationships, and project delivery excellence.
• Review and approve geotechnical reports, designs, and risk assessments.
• Mentor senior engineers and drive technical capability growth.
• Support bids, proposals, and business development initiatives.
