Job summary

Egis Group is seeking a senior Geotechnical Lead to drive geotechnical engineering across major infrastructure programs. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, oversee investigations, design foundations, slope stability, and earthworks, and contribute to bids and client relations.

The role requires leadership experience with large projects, proficiency in geotechnical software, and a track record in infrastructure delivery. Based in Bengaluru with global project exposure.

Qualifications

• Large infrastructure, transportation, highways, rail, metro, or tunnelling project experience.
• Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with industry-standard geotechnical software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage geotechnical engineering teams across transportation, infrastructure, buildings, and tunnelling projects.
• Provide technical oversight for geotechnical investigations, foundation design, slope stability, retaining structures, ground improvement, and earthworks.
• Develop business strategy, client relationships, and project delivery excellence.
• Review and approve geotechnical reports, designs, and risk assessments.
• Mentor senior engineers and drive technical capability growth.
• Support bids, proposals, and business development initiatives.
