Job summary

Egis, a global player in architecture, consulting, construction engineering and mobility services, seeks a senior Geotechnical Lead in Bengaluru to drive multidisciplinary projects across transportation, infrastructure, buildings and tunnelling.

You will lead teams, provide technical oversight of investigations and designs, mentor engineers, and contribute to bids and business development while building strong client relationships in international contexts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary geotechnical teams.
• International project exposure preferred.
• Proficiency with industry-standard geotechnical software.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical teams across transportation, infrastructure, buildings, and tunnelling projects.
• Provide technical oversight for investigations, foundation design, slope stability, retaining structures, ground improvement, earthworks.
• Develop business strategy, client relationships, and project delivery excellence.
• Review and approve geotechnical reports, designs, risk assessments.
• Mentor senior engineers and drive technical capability growth.
• Support bids, proposals and business development.

• Lead and manage geotechnical engineering teams across transportation, infrastructure, buildings, and tunnelling projects.
• Provide technical oversight for geotechnical investigations, foundation design, slope stability, retaining structures, ground improvement, and earthworks.
• Develop business strategy, client relationships, and project delivery excellence.
• Review and approve geotechnical reports, designs, and risk assessments.
• Mentor senior engineers and drive technical capability growth.
• Support bids, proposals, and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Large infrastructure, transportation, highways, rail, metro, or tunnelling projects.
• International project exposure (Middle East, UK, Canada, Australia preferred).
• Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with industry-standard geotechnical software.
