Job summary

Egis India Consulting Engineers Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to lead and manage geotechnical teams across transportation, infrastructure, buildings and tunnelling projects. You will provide technical oversight for investigations, foundation design, slope stability and ground improvement, while mentoring senior engineers and driving project delivery excellence.

Experience with international projects is valued.

Qualifications

• Senior level with proven leadership of multidisciplinary geotechnical teams.
• Experience on large infrastructure, highways, rail, metro or tunnelling projects.
• International project exposure (Middle East, UK, Canada, Australia preferred).
• Proficiency with geotechnical analysis and design software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage geotechnical engineering teams across transportation, infrastructure, buildings, and tunnelling projects.
• Provide technical oversight for investigations, foundation design, slope stability, retaining structures, ground improvement, and earthworks.
• Develop business strategy, client relationships, and project delivery excellence.
