Job summary

CROWDCONSULTANTS 360 GmbH is seeking a finance leader to drive plant controlling, product costing, and performance management in a manufacturing setting. This role partners with operations to translate strategy into measurable results and leads capital, working capital, and transformation initiatives.

The right candidate is hands-on, entrepreneurial, and excels in fast-paced environments, delivering KPI-driven outcomes and influencing senior stakeholders. English fluency is required.

• Experience with SAP ERP.
• Fluent in English.

• Proven finance leadership experience within manufacturing or industrial environments


• Strong expertise in plant controlling, product costing, and performance management

• Strong understanding of working capital management and operational finance


• Experience supporting transformation, growth, or business improvement initiatives


• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making


• KPI-driven with a track record of delivering tangible business results


• Resilient personality who thrives in challenging and fast-paced environments


• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP


• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
