Job summary

Kyndryl Inc. in India is seeking a senior leader to manage finance application services across ERP, Coupa, OneStream and related platforms in a partially remote hybrid setup.

You will drive service excellence, ensure incident and change governance, oversee releases, defects, and automation initiatives while collaborating with business and IT teams to optimize Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report processes. Qualifications

• Significant experience leading AMS or enterprise application support teams.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Procurement business processes.
• Experience supporting ERP and finance platforms such as Coupa, OneStream, SAP, Oracle, or similar solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
• Proven experience managing SLAs, governance, stakeholder relationships, and service performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Lead the delivery and management of finance application services across ERP, Coupa, OneStream, and related platforms. You will be responsible for service excellence, operational stability, stakeholder management, governance, and continuous improvement across the Digital Finance landscape.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

• Significant experience leading AMS or enterprise application support teams.

• Strong understanding of Finance and Procurement business processes.

• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise

• Experience leading Digital Finance or Finance Transformation programs.

• ITIL certification or equivalent service management experience.

• Experience with automation, shift-left strategies, and service improvement initiatives.

• Exposure to global delivery models and multi-vendor environments.

• Strong understanding of Finance processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Record-to-Report (R2R).
