Job summary

Metalman Auto Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a senior finance professional to lead IPO readiness, capital markets activities, and investor relations. The role collaborates with bankers, legal and regulators to drive valuation discussions and institutional interactions.

The candidate will manage PE relationships, lead fundraising and present to the Board and financial institutions, while overseeing M&A and strategic finance initiatives to optimise capital structure and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead IPO readiness and execution, including DRHP/RHP and due diligence.
• Work closely with merchant/investment bankers, legal advisors, auditors and regulators.
• Lead valuation discussions, investor positioning and institutional interactions.
• Manage PE/institutional investor relationships and fundraising.
• Lead investor meetings, calls, financial presentations and negotiations.
• Represent management confidently before the Board, investors and financial institutions.
• Evaluate acquisition, JV and investment opportunities.
• Lead valuation, financial/commercial due diligence and transaction structuring.
• Participate in negotiations and oversee post-transaction financial integration.
• Partner with Promoters, MD and Board on financial strategy and capital allocation.
• Drive enterprise value, ROCE, cash generation and optimal capital structure.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, working capital and profitability.
• Provide leadership and governance oversight to the overall finance function.
