FLSmidth in India (Chennai) seeks a Head of Execution to own the end-to-end customer delivery value stream, from proposals through to final acceptance and warranty completion. You will deliver integrated solutions across the Crushing portfolio, meeting scope, schedule, cost and quality commitments in a global context.

Based in Chennai, you will establish execution processes, governance and performance management to create a repeatable, scalable model.

A unique opportunity to shape and lead a newly created global function at the heart of FLS Crushing business. The Head of Execution will own the end-to-end customer delivery value stream, leading global proposals, project execution, and supplier readiness to convert opportunities into profitable, on-time customer outcomes. Operating across the Crushing portfolio, this role will ensure seamless transition from commercial handover through to final acceptance and warranty completion, delivering integrated customer solutions that meet contractual commitments on scope, schedule, cost, and quality. As a key member of the Crushing leadership team, the position will establish the processes, capabilities, and governance required to create a repeatable, scalable execution model that drives customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and sustainable profitable growth
