Job summary

OFTI, a fintech company in India, seeks a Team Lead to own the design, implementation, and governance of SaaS, Microsoft 365, and End User Compute. You will lead a dynamic team, drive adoption of best practices, and define policies for tool usage across the organization.

The role requires 10+ years in enterprise collaboration, deep Microsoft 365 expertise, and strong leadership. You will ensure secure, compliant operations and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience supporting and operating enterprise collaboration platforms, including Microsoft 365.
• Experience in defining and implementing IT policies and governance frameworks.
• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Expertise in End User Compute management, including device provisioning, desktop virtualization, and endpoint security.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar discipline.
• Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and driving technology initiatives.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to the current technology stack.
• Define and enforce policies for the usage, security, and governance of Microsoft 365.
• Define onboarding processes and consumption policies for SaaS services in the company.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Establish and maintain access controls, data retention policies, and incident response procedures.
• Develop strategies to improve the user experience, including training programs and self-service capabilities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on policies and projects.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the technologies and policies.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on technology usage, performance, and strategic recommendations.
