This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a strong background in corporate finance, M&A, and capital markets, who is eager to contribute to Navi’s growth trajectory.What We Expect From YouConduct market research and analysis to inform decision-making and strategydevelopment.Provide insights and recommendations on capital structure, financing strategies, and potential growth opportunitiesPartner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute Navi’s fundraising & corporate strategyEngage with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to securefunding and manage relationships.Prepare and present investment materials, financial models, and pitch decks to potential investors.Analyze and recommend optimal capital structures and financing strategies tosupport Navi’s strategic goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct due diligence, financial modeling,and valuation analyses.Manage transaction processes, including negotiations, deal structuring, and integration planning.Monitor and assess market trends and competitive landscapes to identify potential opportunities.Support the CEO and executive leadership in developing long-term strategic plans.Must HavesPost Graduate degree in Business Management from a reputable institution, or Bachelor's degree from a top institution, or a Top-ranked CAPrior work experience of 5-10 years in the Investment Banking / Private Equity / Venture Capital roles, or Investor Relations roles within Startups.Track record of having closed M&A/ funding transactions with experience in personally handling Term Sheet Drafting and Negotiation, getting Due Diligence done through vendors (Financial / legal / tax), Valuation Analysis (DCF / Multiples (Trading and Transaction)), Final Documentation Drafting and Negotiation.Strong hustle and deal-closure mindset, with a relentless focus on driving transactions to completion.Strong financial analysis, modeling, and valuation skills.Prior experience of identifying strategic opportunities, developing recommendations to achieve, and delivering resultsAbility to manage multiple complex projects and internal and external stakeholders from different functions, businesses, and backgroundsStrong work ethic resulting in consistent, high-quality performanceAbility to thrive in a highly dynamic, time sensitive, and collaborative environmentExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
