Job Description

• Cross‑selling commodities to existing equity, HNI and wealth client base.
• Building a research‑and‑advisory engine that publishes high‑quality calls across bullion, energy, base metals and agri.
• Activating the PAN‑India branch network, Progress Partners (APs) and sub‑broker channel (~1000 partners).
• Driving structured marketing and brand‑building specifically in the commodities space.
• Expanding the product surface (commodity options, hedging desks for corporates, algo / strategy products).
• Doing all of the above within strict risk, margin and SEBI / exchange compliance guardrails.

The Successful Applicant

• A strong educational background in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in commodities trading and management within the Banking & Financial Services industry.
• In‑depth knowledge of market trends, trading platforms, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
