Job summary

ICICI Securities in Navi Mumbai seeks a senior leader to own and grow the Commodity business. You will shape strategy, drive revenue growth, manage a high-performing team, and ensure regulatory compliance across SEBI, RBI, and exchanges.

The role requires deep market insight, client engagement, and collaboration with Sales and Product teams to seize opportunities and expand market presence.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent qualification.
• 18–20+ years in Commodity Markets, Capital Markets.
• 8–10+ years in senior leadership roles managing Commodity business.
• Strong understanding of commodity derivatives, futures and options.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business strategy for Commodity products to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
• Drive client acquisition, activation, and retention across all sales business segments.
• Work closely with Sales team and Product team to enhance business opportunities.
• Monitor domestic and global commodity markets, macroeconomic trends, geopolitical developments, and regulatory changes.
• Represent the organization through media interactions, webinars, seminars, investor awareness programs, and client events.
• Ensure adherence to SEBI, RBI, Exchange (MCX/NSE/BSE) regulations, internal risk management policies, and compliance standards.
• Lead, mentor and build a high-performing Commodity Team while driving performance, capability development and succession planning.
