Dalmus Capital Management is seeking a Chartered Accountant with 3-10 years of experience to manage monthly accounting, tax compliance, and fund operations. The role involves NAV verification, vendor management, and investor relations within a regulated investment environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong accounting knowledge, taxation expertise, and proficiency in MS Excel, with attention to detail and experience in AIFs or fund operations preferred.

Formación

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation and financial reporting.
• Experience in AIFs, investment management or fund operations will be preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage monthly accounting, preparation of financial statements, GST and TDS compliance, advance tax calculations and income tax return filings.
• Oversee fund accounting, NAV verification and analysis, including management fee and performance fee verification.
• Handle vendor onboarding, contracts, invoices, payments and general vendor management.
• Maintain employee trading records, periodic disclosures and compliance with internal trading policies.
• Coordinate with fund accountants, trustees, auditors, investors, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables and effective internal controls.
• Handle investor onboarding, redemption processing, investor queries and complaint records.
• Coordinate statutory, PPM and cybersecurity audits, including cybersecurity gap assessment and implementation.
