Job summary

Randstad India is seeking a Senior Finance Leader to head group consolidation across multiple entities, ensuring accurate P&L mapping and audit-ready balance sheets in a manufacturing setup.

You will drive tax and statutory compliance, advance digital workflows with SAP S/4HANA and AI/RPA, and deliver executive MIS to the CFO and Board, while mentoring 8–10 Heads of Accounts across business verticals. This is a high-visibility role requiring strategic insight and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA with 20 years multi-entity accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Expert in SAP S/4HANA FICO and tax planning.
• Experience leading 8–10 heads of accounts and mentoring teams.

Job description

• Group Consolidation: Direct end-to-end accounting across all group entities, managing multi-entity financial consolidation, P&L mapping, and audit-ready Balance Sheets (Ind AS / IFRS).
• Tax & Statutory Compliance: Oversee Direct (Income Tax, Transfer Pricing) and Indirect Taxes (GST) and act as the primary liaison for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Tech & Automation: Drive digital workflows using SAP S/4HANA, integrate AI/RPA into accounting processes, and upgrade internal systems.
• Executive MIS: Design and deliver key financial dashboards, analytical reports, and strategic insights directly to the CFO and Board.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a large corporate accounting division, directly leading 8–10 Heads of Accounts across different business verticals.

Key Requirements

• Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Experience: 20 years of multi-entity accounting experience in the manufacturing sector.
• Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (FICO), complex direct/indirect tax planning, and process automation.
