Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform surgical procedures for head and neck cancer patients, including tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, and other surgeries related to ear, nose, throat, and larynx.
  
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with complex cases of head and neck cancer.
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing surgical oncology treatments.
  
• Stay up-to-date with latest advancements in surgical techniques and technologies used in head and neck oncology.
  
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce complications.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience as a Consultant DrNB/MCh/Surgical Oncologist specializing in Head             
  
• M.B.B.S. degree from an Indian institute of repute followed by Medical-MS/MD (ENT) or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong knowledge of oncology principles, particularly those relevant to the head and neck region.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
