Job summary

Uniform 2 Corporate Hr Services in Mumbai seeks a senior legal and compliance leader with 10–15+ years of experience in NBFCs, banks, SFBs, or fintechs. You will navigate RBI NBFC regulations, KYC/AML rules, consumer lending frameworks, data privacy obligations, and corporate law to secure compliant operations.

You will design and implement end-to-end compliance programs, handle regulatory engagements, draft contracts, and work independently to build robust policies and processes from scratch.
