Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR experience, including leadership/managerial roles.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, performance management and labour compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and people-management skills.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, organized and capable of independently managing the HR function.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the complete HR function across the organization.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning and talent acquisition.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes and SOPs.
• Manage onboarding, induction, confirmations, transfers and exits.
• Drive performance management and appraisal processes.
• Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Monitor attendance, payroll coordination, leave and records.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
• Support management in organizational planning and people decisions.
• Develop training and development initiatives for employees.
• Build a strong, professional and performance-oriented culture.
• Maintain HR documentation, MIS and regular management reports.
• Guide and manage the HR team for smooth day-to-day operations.

About the Role
