Job summary

Desire Consultancy Service in Bengaluru is seeking an accomplished HSE leader to drive the health, safety, and environment strategy across renewable energy projects. You will define policies, objectives and KPIs while aligning with senior leadership to ensure robust governance and continuous improvement.

You will lead the HSE Manager and project teams across multiple sites, ensuring compliance, risk control and a proactive safety culture that supports project success and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in renewable energy.
• Experience leading HSE functions across multiple project sites.
• Proven experience managing HSE managers/professionals & large project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall HSE function and establish the company's HSE strategy, policies, procedures and standards.
• Set HSE objectives, KPIs & performance expectations across all projects.
• Provide leadership and direction to the HSE Manager & project HSE teams.
