PhiEDGE, a HR tech company catering to pan-India SMEs in Automotive and manufacturing, seeks a Senior HR Advisor / Principal HR Consultant. You will partner with client leadership to drive organizational transformation and people-centric outcomes across the HR value chain.

With 20+ years in HR, you will lead advisory programs, build methodologies, and mentor a high-performance team while nurturing relationships with CEOs and senior leaders. This role is Pune-based with growth potential.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive HR experience including consulting or advisory roles
• Experience advising C-suite on complex organizational challenges
• Expertise in org design, talent management, or change management
• Strong analytical ability using data to build business cases
• Experience managing multiple client engagements
• Postgraduate degree in HR/Business (MBA preferred)
• Relevant certifications (SHRM-SCP, CIPD, HRCI, or equivalent) a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR Advisory business, including revenue, growth, and delivery
• Develop and execute the business strategy and roadmap to create a strong market niche
• Acquire new business and build long-term relationships with CEOs, promoters, and senior leadership teams
• Lead and deliver high-impact HR transformation and advisory projects
• Build and strengthen HR Advisory methodologies, products, and capabilities
• Identify emerging HR and business needs and translate them into innovative advisory solutions
• Partner closely with the HR Tech/HRMS business to create integrated solutions for clients
• Build and mentor the advisory team and establish a high-performance culture

Position: Senior HR Advisor / Principal HR Consultant

Experience: 20+ years

Level: Senior / Leadership Role

Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned HR Advisory professional to serve as a strategic partner to client leadership teams, driving organizational transformation, workforce strategy, and people-centric business outcomes. This role requires deep expertise across the HR value chain combined with strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the HR Advisory business, including revenue, growth, and delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 20+years of progressive HR experience, including significant time in HR consulting, business partnering, or strategic advisory roles
• Proven track record advising senior leadership/C-suite on complex organizational and people challenges
• Strong expertise in one or more of: org design, talent management, change management, comp & benefits.
• Strong analytical ability comfortable using data and metrics to build business cases
• Experience managing multiple client engagements or business units simultaneously
• Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Relevant certifications (SHRM-SCP, CIPD, HRCI, or equivalent) a plus
