Define, establish, and execute the strategic vision and operational blueprint for the Grid Academy. Formulate structured learning journeys to build scalable capability across the TCS Energy and Utilities business unit.
Design and lead dedicated focus tracks for key products, including ADMS, DERMS, EMS, and the newer GridOS architecture. Ensure curriculum matches real-world utility deployment, troubleshooting, and integration scenarios
Oversee the creation of cutting-edge training courseware, certification programs, and hands-on sandbox environments. Build and manage "grid simulation labs" where engineers can run active grid scenarios on digital twin platforms.
Drive intensive bootcamp and upskilling initiatives to cross-train software engineers, power system graduates, and industry consultants. Continually supply delivery teams with high-caliber, billable, and certified grid modernization experts.
Partner closely with Connected Services delivery leaders and account executives to proactively identify skills gaps on active projects, supporting critical utility transition plans and strategic grid accounts.
Align TCS Grid Academy courses with official vendor certification pathways to ensure TCS consultants hold industry-recognized credentials.
Keep the Academy's offerings perpetually updated with the latest technological shifts in the smart grid domain, such as AI-driven grid optimization, microgrid control, and advanced DER (Distributed Energy Resource) orchestration.
Track and report on academy effectiveness, utilizing metrics such as certification completion rates, time-to-billability of trainees, training feedback scores, and ROI on capability investments.
