Job summary

The Corporate Institute seeks a senior finance leader to oversee end-to-end finance and controllership across India and US entities. You will drive accounting, closing, reporting, and intercompany processes, while shaping governance and controls for a scalable finance function.

Collaborating with founders and leadership, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling, and provide strategic insights to support fundraising, investor reporting, and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end finance and controllership across India and US entities, including accounting, closing, reporting, reconciliations, and audits.
• Oversee statutory, tax, regulatory, and corporate compliances across India and the US.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and variance analysis.
• Support fundraising, investor reporting, financial due diligence, and strategic financial initiatives.
• Manage multi-entity and cross-border finance, including intercompany accounting and reporting.
• Build a structured, scalable finance function through robust processes, controls, SOPs, automation, and standardized reporting.
• Provide financial insights and decision support to the founders and leadership team.
