Qualifications

• 20+ years of overall finance experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles.

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with expertise in financial management, controllership, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• IPO preparation or listing experience, along with fundraising exposure.
• Treasury, working capital, profitability, and business performance management.
• Hands-on, commercial leader who can influence stakeholders and growth plans.
