Job summary

ACCA Careers seeks a seasoned finance leader to head the finance function for a high-growth manufacturing business in Mumbai. You will partner with the CFO and senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making, driving profitability and governance.

You will oversee treasury, tax, audits, and regulatory compliance while delivering actionable insights through dashboards and MIS. A Big 4 background and 15+ years’ post-qualification experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• CA qualification mandatory.
• 15+ years post-qualification experience.
• Strong manufacturing sector background.
• End-to-end finance leadership across FP&A, Controllership, Commercial Finance, Treasury & Tax.
• Proven business partnering and P&L management experience.
• Big 4 experience preferred.

• Own cash flow planning, treasury operations, banking relationships and liquidity management.
• Drive working capital optimisation across receivables, inventory and payables to improve cash conversion.
