Qualifikationen

• Qualified CA with extensive experience in finance control and governance.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting and MIS reporting.
• Strong understanding of Ind AS, GST, and statutory compliance.

• Review customer contracts from commercial and financial risk perspective.
• Drive financial governance across projects including milestone-based billing and revenue recognition.
• Maintain cash flow, working capital, and capex/opex tracking.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and develop robust MIS dashboards for project profitability.
• Ensure timely closure of financials and adherence to internal controls.
• Coordinate with auditors and cross-functional teams for compliance and controls.

Key Responsibilities

Project Commercial Finance

• Review customer contracts from commercial and financial risk perspective.
• Drive financial governance across projects including:
• milestone-based billing,
• revenue recognition,
• unearned revenue,
• SLA-linked contracts and penalties,
• retention management,
• capex and opex tracking.
• Ensure proper accounting and financial evaluation of long-term contracts and

project-based business arrangements.

Budgeting, MIS & Business Analytics

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercise for the business

vertical.

• Develop robust MIS dashboards for:
• project profitability,
• cash flow,
• collections,

inventory,

• capex,
• SLA exposure,
• vendor liabilities,
• business KPIs.
• Provide analytical insights to management for decision-making and

profitability improvement.

Working Capital & Cash Flow Management

• Closely monitor receivables, inventory, advances, and project cash flows.
• Drive collection efficiency and working-capital optimisation.
• Coordinate with business and operations teams for timely certification, invoicing, and collections.
• Prepare rolling cash flow forecasts and funding plans.

Financial Controllership

• Lead the overall finance and accounts function for the AMISP business vertical.
• Ensure timely and accurate closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual financials.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Drive strong internal financial controls and process discipline across projects and locations.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and consultants.

Banking & Treasury Coordination

• Coordinate with treasury and banking teams for:
• BGs,
• LC management,
• working capital utilization,
• lender information and compliance.
• Monitor fund utilization and financial covenants.

Cross-Functional Business Partnering

• Work closely with:
• project execution teams,
• SCM/procurement,
• legal,
• tax,
• operations,
• SAP/ERP teams.

• Build finance discipline within project and operational teams.
• Support implementation and strengthening of ERP/SAP-based controls and automation.

Experience

Approximately 20 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounts, controllership, commercial finance or business finance roles.
