Attarix Talent Solutions Mumbai seeks a seasoned Head – Execution & Syndication to drive end-to-end Debt Syndication and Structured Finance transactions across BFSI, corporates, NBFCs and Real Estate. Lead the transaction lifecycle from due diligence to closure and mentor the execution team.

You will develop lender/investor relationships, oversee credit appraisals and pitchbooks, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with Legal, Compliance and Senior Management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in execution & syndication for investment banking.
• Strong knowledge of debt syndication and structured finance transactions.
• Experience with DA, PTCs, NCDs and Sub-Debt is required.
• Ability to engage lenders/investors and manage deal closure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of Debt Syndication and Structured Finance transactions.

Job Title: Head Execution & Syndication – Investment Banking

Location: BKC, Mumbai | Experience: 10+ Years | Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA

We are looking for an experienced Head – Execution & Syndication to lead end-to-end execution of Debt Syndication and Structured Finance transactions across BFSI, Corporates, NBFCs and Real Estate.

The candidate will manage the complete transaction lifecycle including due diligence, credit assessment, financial analysis, structuring, lender/investor engagement, documentation, closure and post-deal coordination. Strong experience in structuring Direct Assignment (DA), Pass Through Certificates (PTCs), NCDs and Sub-Debt is required.

The role will involve developing strong relationships with Private/Public/Foreign Banks, NBFCs, AIFs, Family Offices and Corporate Treasuries, generating repeat mandates and managing institutional investor/lender relationships.

The candidate will oversee Credit Appraisal Notes, financial projections, Information Memorandums and investor/lender pitchbooks, ensuring regulatory, legal and compliance requirements are met.

Experience in stressed assets, OTS, restructuring and IBC-led transactions will be essential. The candidate will also lead and mentor the execution and credit analysis team while coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Operations and Senior Management.

Candidates should have strong knowledge of Corporate Lending, Credit Structuring, Capital Markets, Securitization, Corporate Finance and RBI guidelines.

Working: 6 days; 2nd & 4th Saturday off; 1st & 3rd Saturday WFH.
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days.
