Job summary

Tata Steel in Jharkhand seeks an experienced engineering professional to lead end-to-end project delivery, from concept to first-time-right execution. You will coordinate with multiple functions to ensure timely and compliant engineering output across integrated steel plant processes.

Responsibilities include identifying sustainability opportunities, interface management, and driving safety, health and environmental standards while building the capability of the engineering team.

Role Description

Overall engineering execution of different projects of TSL starting from Conceptualisation of facility and its engineering execution airing at first time right dellvery.

Identifying the sustenance schemes along with business unit in operating units of respective area/ dept and their implementation.

Improving, establishing and managing the processes for scope finalization & interface management adhering to interal KPls of E&P.

Identifying & Implementing solutions for sustainability, safety, health & environment (questioning on options- why, what, where), Capabilty Development of engineering team.

To monitor continuously global technology development in respective domain and implement as per project requirement.
