Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a senior data science leader to drive enterprise-wide AI and data science transformation initiatives for a fintech NBFC in India. You will lead a team of data scientists to deliver analytics projects, develop data models, and scale high-impact ML solutions with executive visibility.

Collaborate with stakeholders, ensure data quality, stay current with trends, and present findings to senior management.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in data science and analytics.
• Experience in private banking or the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in data modelling, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
• Experience with deep learning techniques, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
• Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment in production environments.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and services for large-scale machine learning solutions.
• Experience working in an agile environment, with strong project management skills.
