Appex Innovation is seeking an experienced Head – Healthcare Coach to lead our coaching team and drive patient engagement, wellness, and chronic disease management programs. The role oversees operations, mentors coaches, and ensures high-quality patient-centered care across virtual and in-person programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in a healthcare-related field.
• 8+ years in healthcare coaching, patient engagement, wellness programs, or chronic disease management.
• Minimum 3 years leading healthcare coaching or clinical support teams.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and EMR/EHR.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Healthcare Coaching team to deliver high-quality patient support.
• Develop and implement coaching strategies, workflows, and SOPs.
• Design personalized health coaching programs focused on preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Monitor coaching quality, patient outcomes, and team performance through KPIs.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate healthcare coaches.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head – Healthcare Coach to lead our healthcare coaching team and drive patient engagement, wellness, and chronic disease management programs. The ideal candidate will oversee coaching operations, mentor healthcare coaches, establish best practices, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient-centered care through both virtual and in-person programs.

Role & responsibilities

• Design personalized health coaching programs focused on preventive care, lifestyle modification, and chronic disease management.
• Monitor coaching quality, patient outcomes, and team performance through defined KPIs.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate healthcare coaches.
• Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, clinical guidelines, and organizational policies.
• Drive patient engagement, retention, and satisfaction initiatives.
• Analyze program performance and prepare reports for senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance patient experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in a healthcare-related field.
• 8 years of experience in healthcare coaching, patient engagement, wellness programs, or chronic disease management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading healthcare coaching or clinical support teams.
• Experience in telehealth or digital healthcare is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent coaching, mentoring, and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of preventive healthcare, lifestyle medicine, and chronic disease management.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
