Job description

• Team Coach in supervising and managing the team, ensuring that daily tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Communicate company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor team performance against KPIs and SLAs, providing feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance.
• Help in identifying training needs and developing training programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Act as a point of contact for team members, addressing any issues or concerns that arise and facilitating conflict resolution.
• Support the implementation of best practices in operations to drive process improvements and enhance service delivery.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies for achieving team objectives.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies, including HIPAA and other relevant standards.
• Provide quality customer service, including interacting with clients and effectively handling their inquiries and complaints.
• Step in to perform management duties in the absence of the Team Leader.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management is preferred, or any other field with relevant experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare KPO or similar environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of healthcare processes, particularly in billing, eligibility verification, or revenue cycle management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate team members.
• Proficient in performance metrics and data analysis, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
