Qualifications

• 12+ years of engineering experience in BESS, renewable energy, power electronics, or battery systems.
• Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Energy Systems, or related discipline.
• Strong leadership in product development, system integration, and commercialization.
