Core Responsibilities

• Project leadership: Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of architectural projects, from initial client meetings and concept development through to final completion.
• Design and planning: Develop and present design proposals, create detailed blueprints and models, and ensure the technical feasibility of designs.
• Client and stakeholder management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, build strong relationships, and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants.
• Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, zoning laws, and sustainability standards.
• Team supervision: Mentor and guide junior architects and design teams, and provide technical oversight and quality control for project deliverables.
• Project management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Technical proficiency: Expertise in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
• Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
