Nido Machineries in Nashik is seeking a senior R&D engineer to lead advanced engineering initiatives, focusing on robotics and mechatronics. You will drive rapid prototyping, validation, and the industrialisation of new concepts across multidisciplinary teams.

The role involves collaborating with mechanical, electrical, systems engineering and AI & Digital R&D teams, documenting learnings and transferring validated concepts to production.
