Job summary

QRC Assurance And Solutions in Navi Mumbai seeks a Head of Accounts & Finance to own the financial P&L, drive the finance function and ensure timely monthly, quarterly and annual closes across all geographies. You will manage banking relationships, treasury and forex strategy while guiding senior management.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years experience with P&L ownership, CA/CPA CMA qualifications, and proven leadership of a multi-country finance team; immediate to 30 days notice period

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with P&L ownership and team leadership.
• CA/CPA/CMA qualifications are strongly preferred.
• Experience managing multi-country statutory compliance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Holds full accountability for QRC financial performance across geographies.
• Owns monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting to CEO and CSO.
• Sets and drives Finance function strategy and operating model.
• Manages multi-country statutory compliance India, UAE, Singapore and USA.
• Owns banking relationships, treasury management and forex strategy.
• Provides strategic financial input to CEO, CSO and Board.
• Leads Finance team hiring, performance management and succession planning.
• Manages external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory relationships globally.
• Prepare and oversee standalone and consolidated financial statements.
• Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual books within defined timelines.
• Present monthly financial performance, variances, and insights to management.

Job Role - Head of Accounts & Finance

Location - Navi Mumbai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Holds full accountability for QRC financial performance across all geographies
• Owns monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting to CEO and CSO
• Sets and drives Finance function strategy and operating model
• Manages multi-country statutory compliance India, UAE, Singapore and USA
• Owns banking relationships, treasury management and forex strategy
• Provides strategic financial input to CEO, CSO and Board
• Leads Finance team hiring, performance management and succession planning
• Manages external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory relationships globally
• Prepare and oversee standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual books within defined timelines.
• Present monthly financial performance, key variances, and financial insights to management.
