PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Manager to lead implementations and optimise HR processes for a diverse client portfolio. You will manage teams, budgets, and client relationships while delivering high-value HR solutions.

In this role, you will mentor staff, leverage Oracle HCM Cloud tools, and drive adoption of new technologies within a collaborative, global delivery model. An English-proficient leader with 10+ years of experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with relevant experience.
• 10+ years in HR systems or consulting.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle HCM implementation projects for clients across geographies.
• Manage project budgeting, planning and delivery to ensure timely, quality outcomes.
• Mentor and coach junior staff and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align HR processes with client objectives.
• Utilize Oracle BI Publisher and Oracle SQL Developer for reporting and data analysis.

As an Oracle HCM Functional Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Oracle Human Capital Management applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing HCM software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will leverage team strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations, embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same, addressing conflicts or issues and engaging in conversations with clients and team members. Responsibilities

• Analyzing client requirements to implement Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions
• Leading teams in the integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications to optimise human resources processes
• Developing strategic human resource planning initiatives to enhance talent management and achieve client objectives
• Managing project budgeting and execution to validate timely completion and quality deliverables
• Utilising Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher and Oracle SQL Developer for data analysis and reporting
• Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance in client engagements
• Facilitating change management processes to support seamless adoption of new technologies
• Conducting business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborating with stakeholders to address conflicts and engage in critical conversations
• Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications

Knowledge in any 2 or 3 modules - Payroll, Compensation, Talent, Helpdesk and Learn

• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud applications
