• Experience in GD&T, Tolerance stack up analysis.
• Proficient in SolidWorks CAD software (Creating 3D models, Sheet Metal, 2D drawing and Assembly).
• Hands on experience in EPDM / PLM for managing lifecycle of the components.
• Knowledge in manufacturability considerations for Sheetmetal & Plastic.
• Create DFMEA and identify relevant product risks.
• Identifying the suitable material, apply DFM/DFA concepts in design and Familiar with latest engineering design and methods, tools, and processes.
• Experience with standard NPD process. Understanding of compliance requirements.
• Knowledge about Engineering change process ( ECN, ECR and ECO), Knowledge in PLM tools – Agile.
• Ability to present and articulate ideas to key stakeholders and leadership team.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with stakeholders and present change ideas.
• Quality mindset in design and documentation.
