Skills / Experience

• Overall IT Experience between 8-10 years, with HCL WCS experience of 5+ years
• Good Understanding of the WCS and Ecommerce platform
• WCS subsystems ( focused around Order, member, catalog etc)
• API driven development - understanding of REST frameworks
• REST handlers
• WCS /SEARCH Customization on the new handlers would help.
• Strong working knowledge and experience with JavaScript including AJAX/JSON and JavaScript application frameworks such as jQuery
• Experience with code quality tools like PMD, Checkstyle, SONAR
• Analyze and diagnose any issues that could adversely impact any functional capabilities of WebSphere Commerce applications
• Ensure that our implementations meet the required scalability and reliability required for e-commerce operation
• Experience in handling Integration with external systems using APIs
• Customization of BOD framework.
• Good understanding on Source control and DevOps tools like GIT, Jenkins etc
• Hands-on Experience in performing Unit testing
• Good understanding of the Data load / WCBD procedures
• Amazon Web Services(AWS) working experience will be added advantage
• Knowledge on Nodejs / any java script testing framework
• Understanding of OMS integration would be good-to-have
