Job summary

CorroHealth is hiring a medical coder to review records, assign ICD-10-CM codes, and ensure compliance with CMS guidelines. The role requires strong analytical, auditing, and communication skills and a commitment to data confidentiality.

The position is based in Noida, India, on-site, contractual through 30th April 2027. Immediate joiners preferred and familiarity with HIPAA standards is expected.

• Any Graduation is eligible.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze patient medical records, physician documentation, and clinical reports to assign accurate ICD-10-CM.
• Ensure coding is compliant with client guidelines, CMS regulations, and industry standards.
• Identify and resolve documentation gaps through queries and clarification processes.
• Maintain high productivity and quality standards while meeting daily coding targets.
• Perform chart audits and quality checks to identify coding discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of coding updates, payer guidelines, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with auditors, quality analysts, providers, and operational teams on coding issues.
• Ensure proper documentation support for all assigned diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Adhere to HIPAA, data privacy, and information security requirements.

• 1 5 years of work experience as a medical coder.

• Certified or Non-Certified - Both can apply
