Typical duties include reviewing codes and modifiers, maintaining quality metrics, and supporting coder training. Office-based position with immediate joiners preferred in Noida, Delhi NCR.

Qualificações

• Certification mandatory: CPC, CIC, CCS or COC.
• 2–6 years of experience in the listed subspecialties.
• Strong knowledge of CPT codes and surgical procedures.
• Understanding of coding compliance and payer guidelines.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct quality audits for surgery coding (major/minor procedures).
• Review CPT coding, modifiers (51, 59) and documentation accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and payer guidelines.
• Identify coding discrepancies and provide actionable feedback.
• Perform RCA for coding errors and suggest improvements.
• Maintain audit reports and quality metrics.
• Support coder training and knowledge enhancement.
• 1-6th Series
